Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

"ConcAI" (conca.ai) is a service by Manuel Concari that designs and publishes professional websites for local businesses using artificial intelligence tools. "Client" is anyone who purchases a service. "Demo Draft" is the preliminary demonstration website. "Complete Package" and "Managed Package" are the final services with domain, hosting and SEO optimisation.

2. Services Offered

  • Demo Draft — €30: demonstration website automatically generated using the business's public data (Google Maps/Business). Available for a maximum of 15 days, marked with a "DEMO" banner, indexing disabled (noindex). Non-refundable.

  • Custom domain registration and configuration (.it, .com)
  • Web hosting for 12 months from launch
  • SEO optimisation: meta tags, structured data, sitemap, robots.txt
  • Google Business Profile configuration
  • GDPR-compliant privacy policy integrated into the website
  • Priority support via email and WhatsApp
  • Subsequent modifications: €50 each on request
Managed Package — €699 one-time + monthly fee
  • All Complete Package services
  • Ongoing updates to photos, hours, menu and contacts
  • Addition of new reviews to the website
  • Periodic Google Business Profile updates
  • No additional cost for individual modifications
  • Fee: €15/month for the first 12 months; €10/month from the 13th month
  • Updates carried out within 3 business days of request
  • Monthly fee cancellation: 30-day written notice at any time
Hosting renewal
From the 2nd year onwards, the hosting and server infrastructure renewal amounts to €100/year for both packages. The Provider will send reminders 30 days in advance.
  • Affiliate Programme: commissions for referring new clients, tracked in real-time in the affiliate dashboard.

3. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal or cryptocurrency. Prices are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due before the website is generated.

Payment security
Card details are never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

4. Refund Policy

No refunds
Demo Draft: NON-refundable
The service is delivered instantly and automatically. Being digital content generated on request, the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to Article 59(1)(o) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
By purchasing the Demo Draft, you declare that you have read and accepted this policy and that you expressly request the immediate execution of the digital service.
Complete Package and Managed Package
The one-time fee (€799 / €699) is non-refundable once the service has started. Pursuant to Art. 59(a) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, by purchasing the package the Client expressly consents to the immediate commencement of execution and acknowledges that they will lose the right of withdrawal after the website goes live. The monthly fee for the Managed Package ceases from the month following the written notice of withdrawal.

5. Content and Rights (Art. 7)

Content provided by the client (photos, texts, logo) remains their exclusive property. By accepting the service, the Client expressly authorises ConcAI to use, reproduce and publish all original materials provided for the purpose of creating and managing the website, free of charge and non-exclusively. The Client warrants that they hold the rights to all materials and indemnifies ConcAI against any third-party claims relating to the content.

Materials from public sources (Google)
ConcAI may have used materials publicly accessible on Google Maps and Google Business Profile (photographs, reviews, hours, coordinates). By accepting the service, the Client expressly authorises the use of such materials on the website and assumes responsibility for verifying their accuracy and legitimacy of use. ConcAI is not responsible for third-party content included with the Client's authorisation.
Source code and templates
The generated HTML code is the property of ConcAI, which grants the Client an unlimited, non-exclusive licence to use it for the purchased website. ConcAI may include the website in its portfolio, unless the Client provides written instructions to the contrary.

6. Hosting, Domain and Demo Draft

Hosting, the code repository and the deployment platform are managed entirely by ConcAI (GitHub, Vercel). The domain is registered via Aruba S.p.A. and the Client has the right to request its transfer to their name at any time, free of charge, within 15 business days.

Demo Draft The Demo Draft remains hosted for a maximum of 15 days from creation, after which it will be removed following confirmation. The Client may request early deletion at any time by contacting info@conca.ai.

Service termination
Upon termination, ConcAI delivers all website files (HTML, CSS, images) to the Client in .zip format within 15 days of the request. The website will remain online for the 30 days following termination to allow migration. Assisted migration to another hosting provider available at €100.

7. Affiliate Programme

Commissions are calculated automatically and approved after 7 days (anti-fraud period). The minimum payout is €50. ConcAI reserves the right to suspend affiliates who use fraudulent practices.

Commission transparency
All commissions are tracked in real-time in the affiliate dashboard. The calculation is automatic and verifiable at any time.

8. Artificial Intelligence (Art. 14)

ConcAI uses generative artificial intelligence models — including Claude by Anthropic — for the generation of code, text, layouts and website structure.

Human oversight (Human-in-the-loop)
Every output generated by artificial intelligence is reviewed, validated, customised and approved by Manuel Concari before delivery. AI is an operational tool; creative direction, design decisions and responsibility for the final result remain entirely with the Provider.
Transparency — EU Regulation 2024/1689 (AI Act)
In compliance with the transparency obligations under the AI Act, ConcAI openly declares the use of AI tools in the production process. The resulting website is an AI-assisted work under human supervision, not a fully automated product.
Data processing via AI
To generate the website, ConcAI may transmit information about the Client's business (name, address, description, photos, reviews) to AI systems. The AI services used operate via commercial APIs that do not use data to train models. Data is transmitted in encrypted form (TLS). The transfer to Anthropic (USA) takes place in compliance with Standard Contractual Clauses (EU Decision 2021/914). No sensitive data, credentials or banking data are transmitted.

9. Limitation of Liability

ConcAI provides the service "as is". It does not guarantee specific results in terms of search engine rankings, revenue increase or traffic. SEO optimisation improves the likelihood but depends on external factors beyond our control. ConcAI's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the event.

Liability exclusions
ConcAI is not responsible for: content provided by the Client that infringes third-party rights; interruptions due to force majeure, hosting failures or cyber-attacks; changes to Google's algorithms or services; inaccuracies generated by AI not identified during review.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Modena has exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. The parties undertake to attempt an amicable resolution within 30 days of a written complaint before resorting to legal proceedings.
